Yehuda Tagar, the founder of Persephone Institute, is an Israeli/Australian psychotherapist, trainer and international lecturer now based in Cape Town, South Africa. He is the founder of Psychophonetics, a modality of psychotherapy, counselling, spiritual development, personal and organisational coaching based on Rudolf Steiner's Anthroposophy and Psychosophy. He is the principal of Persephone Institute of Psychophonetics in Cape Town where Psychophonetics Practitioners are trained, and the President of the International Association of Psychophonetics Practitioners (IAPP).
Katherine Train is the business manager of Persephone Institute. She is a qualified Psychophonetics practitioner and trainee teacher. She is a founding member of the International Association of Psychophonetics Practitioners (IAPP) and an associate member of the Anthroposophical Medical Association of South Africa (AMASA). She is a qualified pharmacist and nutritionist. She is a parent of two teenagers and has a special interest in the application of Psychophonetics in expressive movement and dance.
Keriesa Botha has been involved in educational materials development, teacher training and drama in education for more than a decade. She has worked at the Universities of Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Western Cape. At present she is a Pyschophonetics practitioner and part time lecturer at the Education Faculty of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. She has a special interest in working with recovery from sexual abuse and feminine rites of passage like menopause. She is a founding member of the International Association of Psychophonetics Practitioners (IAPP).
