You will be introduced to Psychophonetics, a form of psychotherapy based on Rudolf Steiner’s teachings. Psychophonetics is unique in that it extends the art of conversational counseling to embrace direct experience through body awareness, movement, visualisation and sound, providing an opportunity to significantly deepen self awareness.
